The National Memorial Arboretum

The Aircrew Association has invited the Band of 121 ( Nuneaton ) Squadron to provide the music during a service of dedication for a commemorative stone at the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas on Sunday 20 June.

The Aircrew Association memorial, located at the National Memorial Arboretum, comprises low hedges in the shape of a propeller, the logo of the Aircrew Association. Currently there is no memorial stone, but this will be rectified at 12:00 hours on Sunday 20th June 2010 when the new memorial stone is unveiled. Aircrew Association Branch and other ex service standards and wreaths are welcome.  There will be a flypast by a BBMF Spitfire and the music for the service will be provided by the Air Cadet Band of 121 ( Nuneaton ) Squadron.
