As is the tradition at 121 ( Nuneaton ) Squadron, Christmas is always a time to let our hair down and have a bit of a laugh.

This year was no exception, however on this occasion the cadets and staff all congregated at Nuneaton 's Lakeside Superbowl for a Bowls Night instead of having the customary Party at the Squadron HQ.

Cdt Sgt Grant Roby who helped to organise the Bowls Night said, It's been a brilliant evening and we've all enjoyed being able to have a night away from the Squadron and let our hair down and have a laugh. Not to say that we don't have fun during normal parade nights but social events like this are a refreshing change from the normal routine and the Bowls Night has been an excellent way to end the year.

He added, “On behalf of all the cadets I would like to thank the Squadrons Civilian Committee for making the Bowls Night possible by paying for the lanes”.
