Fireworks all set for blast-off

A Bonfire spectacular for all the family to enjoy is all set to go off with a bang that will also help to raise funds for good causes.

The Nuneaton Civic Bonfire and Fireworks Display is all set to blast off on Saturday 5th November at the recreation ground in Greenmoor Road, Nuneaton.

The gates are set to open at 5pm and the bonfire will be lit by the Mayor of Nuneaton & Bedworth, councilor Neil Phillips at 6,45pm, You'll need good lungs, as cheering and clapping are compulsory. Visitors are asked to arrive in good time to avoid the last minute rush.

Entrance to the Fireworks Display wll be £3 for adults and £1 for under 16's, toddlers admitted free of charge

The organisers of the event the Nuneaton Lions and Nuneaton Round Table supported by Air Cadets from 121 (Nuneaton) Squadron, sea Cadets from TS Vanquisher and Scouts are hoping that the profits from the evening will help to swell the coffers of local charitable causes.

Air Cadets and staff from 121 (Nuneaton) Squadron help bring in the crowds for Nuneaton's Civic Bonfire and Firework display.
