Flight Sergeant Enya Tabram, of 163 (Coventry Phoenix) Squadron, is celebrating having been named as the best Female Sports Cadet in Warwickshire and Birmingham Wing of the Air Training Corps, for 2010.

FS Tabram has represented Warwickshire & Birmingham at the regional cross country, swimming and athletics championships and following her success at her preferred event, the 1500 metres, she was selected to represent Central & East region at the Corps athletics championships, before being selected for the Corps Athletics Team.

Enya was recently presented with her award by her Commanding Officer, Flight Lieutenant Les Vile, who said, “FS Tabram is a very talented sports cadet who shows a high level of motivation and the determination to succeed. She also takes the time to encourage other cadets on the Squadron to get involved in sports activities and try new ones. Her approach and her manner are excellent”.

This is the 4 th consecutive year that the trophy has been awarded to a cadet from 163 Squadron and FS Tabram won the trophy herself, as a cadet in 2007.
