Cadet Flight Sergeant Thomas Nikolic of 198 ( Hinckley ) Squadron has been promoted to Cadet Warrant Officer.

Cadet Thomas Nikolic has had a busy year in 2009 he had just completed his Gliding Scholarship from August to October, which he completed at 643 Gliding School at RAF Syerston in conventional gliders, achieved his Duke of Edinburgh Silver his final expedition was at Elan Valley in October.

2009 culminated in his CWO promotion which was applied for in December 2009 and which arrived in early February 2010.

At 198 Squadron he is a staff cadet and assists the Training Officer to schedule lectures and instructors.
