Flight Sergeant Lacey has just gained here Silver Duke of Edinburgh award, she began working for this last year 2009 both her practice and actual expeditions where completed at Elan Valley on different routes, her actual was completed in October with one of the last groups to use the Elan Valley accommodation, this camp was attended by a number of cadets from 198 and 121 Squadrons.

Jade has just applied and been successful in being nominated from the Wing, with 2 of her fellow cadets from 198 Hinckley to attend an overseas camp at Gibraltar for a week beginning Monday 29 th March. During this camp Jade is also completing some of the tasks towards her Duke of Edinburgh Gold award.
