A team of cadets and staff from 2030 squadron were helping out with the Help for Heroes fundraiser at the Yardley & District rugby club on Saturday 30th May.
 
The day was hot and dry for the charity rugby match between teams from the Royal Marines and Yardley and District RFC. The squadron was on hand for car parking duties, raising money for Help for Heroes, and also recruiting from the wing marquee.

Present at this large community event, with hundreds of people were BRMB, Royal Marines and West Midlands Fire Service. Amongst the Royal Marines, and part of the Marine Rugby team was former cadet and serving Royal Marine Matthew Croucher (GC).
