On Monday 27th July the RAF Outreach team came to 2030 (Elmdon and Yardley) Squadron to deliver motivational and leadership activities.

Fortunately the weather was fine and we took the opportunity to do the activities outside of the squadron HQ. The activities were all fun and also important as it developed every cadet's abilities to lead and motivate others.

At the beginning of the evening we just had a disorganised group of cadets all thrown together to do an exercise but by the end of the night they had became a very efficient team that communicated well to achieve their tasks.

All the cadets were very pleased and positive about the evening knowing that the skills they had learned could be used in all walks of life not just cadets.
