2438 (Bishop Ullathorne) Squadron have had some successes recently and were presented with their certificates during a visit by the wing Training & Personnel Officer Squadron Leader Martin Harrison.
The Squadron Oi/c Flying Officer Nathan Adams received his Associate Membership of the Institute of Leadership Management certificate. This was applied for after he gained the Introductory Certificate in first Line Management which was awarded after completing the Initial Officers Course at RAF Cranwell and completing some follow up material. This award can be applied for through CVQO's Corporate membership and comes with the post nominals of AMInstLM.

On top of this three cadets were awarded their classification certificates, Brandon Wood - Leading Cadet, Liam Matthews - Leading Cadet - gaining a credit and Luke Carter - Senior Cadet.
Squadron Leader Harrison said "It is always a pleasure to present awards to cadets but I am very pleased that at long last adult staff have the opportunity to be recognised for the hard work and effort they out into the ACO, often for many years with no recognition at all. To be able to gain qualifications and post nominal letters is a real step forward and will help our adult staff in their full time jobs as well as within the Corps"
