Over the past month the Royal British Legion has been in full swing in raising funds in our communities, and therefore 489 (Accocks Green & Olton) Squadron have come to their assistance and helped with some fund raising.

This past month the Squadron has raised a staggering £2000 through events such as cake sales and a Poppy sale/ collection at Villa Park.

Jo Tresize RBL Birmingham coordinator said ‘ The cadets from 489 Squadron have done themselves proud and done some great work, every penny they have raised will go along way to make peoples lives better'.
