For the 3 rd year running Cadets from 489 Squadron Acocks Green & Olton along with personnel from 159 Supply Regiment and the British Legion members were on site at Villa Park to collect for the RBL Poppy Appeal.

There was a rapier on show – a surface to air missile developed by the British Army – and that really caught the attention of the Villa fans.

Club archivist Laura Brett also had a display stand on site giving supporters information on the club's link with the military.
