14 cadets from 495 (Sutton Coldfield) Squadron have taken the first steps in gaining their BTEC First Diploma in Public Services.

Wg Cdr Steve Mills, Region BTEC Officer and Flt Lt Bob Foster, Wing BTEC Officer visited the squadrons headquarters on 10th November to issue the workbooks and get the cadets started.

Wg Cdr Mills a former CO of 495 Squadron said " Its great to come back to the unit and a marvellous achievement for the squadron to get 14 candidates for the BTEC in one go "
