The cadets of 495 (Sutton Coldfield) Squadron recently spent 2 parade evenings working with the Royal Air Force Motivational Outreach Team. Over the 2 nights the cadets worked on a number of leadership and teamwork tasks both inside and outside the squadron building.

Sgt Matt Parsons from the RAFMOT was excellent, working with the cadets to ensure they had the capabilities to work together and complete the tasks, our thanks go to him for giving up his evenings to work with the cadets.

The cadets thoroughly enjoyed the visits and can't wait until our next visit which has already been booked for a few months time.
