| 41 Cadets and staff from across Warwickshire and Birmingham Wing enjoyed another excellent Easter camp at RAF St Mawgan, Newquay Cornwall. Cadets took part in wide variety of activities throughout the week including a Low Ropes Course, Shooting, visits to Flambards theme park and museum, the national maritime museum, Holly Well Bay to mention just a few. During the camp the cadets competed in an inter flight competition which was marked on their room inspections, shooting results, along with baseball, football, relay races, cricket, these were all marked throughout the week. With a very close competition the result was determined by the overall room inspections being the deciding factor and A Flight winning the Best Flight Certificates. On the last night the cadets enjoyed a night out tenpin bowling followed by the paper plate awards which was a fun way to complete the busy week. Flt Lt Chris Mumford the Camp Commandant for the week congratulated the cadets for their behaviour throughout the camp and said this along with a good team of staff was one of the main reasons the camp was such a success.
