Central & East Region 'Dining-In' night

Central & East Region held it's Annual 'Dining-In' night at Brampton Park Officers Mess, RAF Brampton, the home of Central & East Region Headquarters. The Principle Guest of Honour this year was Air Marshall Philip Sturley CB MBE BSc FRAeS RAF (Rtd), who was joined by Air Commodore David Harrison BSc RAF, Commandant Air Cadets.

The Regional 'Dining-In' night is always a good opportunity for old friends from other wings to have a good chat and catch upon all the latest news.

During the meal the band of Warwickshire and Birmingham wings 495 (Sutton Coldfield) Squadron provided musical entertainment, which was followed by some very interesting and amusing speeches from the guests.

The Regional Commandant Gp Capt Jon Ford presented awards to several members of staff. Flt Lt Les Vile Officer Commanding 163 (Coventry Phoenix) Squadron received the Regional Commandants Certificate of Appreciation.
