The above event took place on sun.10 th Dec.07 at RAF Cranwell. Unfortunately Wark's & B'ham Wing were once again let down by cadets not turning up on the day in question so that we could not field teams in either the Jun. Men's or the Junior Girls age groups. This meant that we automatically finished last in the overall competition. It was particularly disappointing as the Wing Sports Officer had spoken to all those cadets selected for the Wing in order to confirm their availability.

We did however have the individual winner of the Junior Girls race when Cadet E. Tabram from 163 Sqn. led the field from start to finish winning the event comfortably. In the Junior Men's event Cadet. L.Rose from 493 Sqn. was also a medal winner finishing 3 rd in his event. Both cadets will now represent the Region at the Corps Cross Country Championships at RAF Cranwell on sat.19 th Jan. 08
