Flt Lt James Martin, OC 165 (Castle Bromwich) Sqn ATC has been honoured at RAF Cosford. At the conclusion of the 2011 Drill Development Course, Sqn Ldr Harrison, Wing Learning and Development Officer, presented a set of RAF cufflinks to Flt Lt Martin to thank him for his contribution to all the various courses held at RAF Cosford during the year.

Sqn Ldr Harrison commented “Over the past few years, Flt Lt Martin has transported cadets from across our wing to Cosford for JNCO and Drill development courses.

Not only has he travelled around Birmingham and Coventry to pick cadets up, but he has quite regularly travelled to Hinckley and Nuneaton to ensure that cadets from those Sqn's don't miss out on these important courses.

I would like to thank him on behalf of all cadets and staff in our Wing, and the Wing Learning and Development Team, for his continued help in this area, transporting cadets to these courses would be a lot harder without him”.
