The Warwickshire & Birmingham Wing Headquarters (WHQ) has three full time members of staff, a Wing Administration Officer, an Administrative Officer and a Typist.

These full time personnel administer the running of the Wing on a daily basis and the Wing Administration Officer is available to advise and assist Wing Staff Officers, Squadron Commanders or staff as necessary.

The WHQ acts as the focal point for all staff, cadets, and administrative functions within the Wing and is open during normal office hours Monday to Friday.
